Carolyne Ashton
Carolyne has a 30-year history
of experience that has led to expertise in conflict resolution, collaborative
problem solving, cultural diversity, and participatory evaluation. Her
experience includes facilitating groups in conflict transformation, problem-solving,
and strategic planning. Her skills include training, skill development
and curriculum development in the areas of conflict resolution, group
facilitation, evaluation, and cultural competence among groups. She specializes
in designing and implementing collaborative evaluation models for organizations
and businesses that seek to measure their success and the results of their
work and to facilitate stakeholder involvement and organizational cultural
competence.

David Wiley Campt, Ph.D.
David has studied
and worked for 10 years to foster racial and class reconciliation, create
institutional change, and build public awareness of social issues. His
experience involves work as policy associate with the President's Initiative
on Race; research and evaluation linked to computer science, public policy,
and city and regional planning degrees; senior editor with McGraw-Hill's
Data Communications; managing and leading professional and community development
and empowerment groups; consulting and training; and business ownership.
Published contributions include to AIA Research Monograph: Cultural Competence
in Perinatal Addiction Treatment, with Dr. Lora-Ellen McKinney, for the
Center for Substance Abuse Prevention and Generating Generations of Poverty,
with Dr. Ed Blakely et al, for the Institute for the Study of Urban Development.

Deborah Threadgill
Egerton
Deborah is an internationally respected psychotherapist who has
diverse experience with mentoring optimal performance of individuals
and of public and private-sector organizations at many levels. Her experience
includes consulting and training for a number of nationally significant
organizations, and with college and university faculty and students,
stress and illness, runaway youth and emergency shelters, and social
service agencies. Her skills include consulting, training and facilitation,
education, communications, multi-cultural expertise, gender issues,
racism reduction, wellness, personal and workforce development and achievement,
goal-oriented strategic planning, cultivating leadership for the 21st
century, and entrepreneurial development.

Lubna
Ismail
Lubna has studied and worked for 15 years to promote intercultural
communication and relations. Her experience involves work as a diversity
trainer with IBM; developing cultural orientation training programs
for Lucent technologies staff and family assigned to work in Middle
East; training and coordinating training for the National MultiCultural
Institute; consulting with the International Society for Intercultural
Education, Training and Research; and developing and managing activities
related to intercultural academic orientation and adjustment. Her skills
include strengthening communication and work relationships, cultural
adjustment, building culturally diverse teams, and supporting organizational
leaders, including health care providers, city officials, community
leaders, educators and others, to mange a variety of organizational
challenges.

Sally Jue
Sally has studied and worked for 25 years to train, facilitate groups,
and consult around issues of diversity; develop and manage mental health
programs, and counsel individuals and groups around a variety of issues.
Her experience includes curriculum development and participation in the
Texaco diversity training group and similar national training efforts,
affiliation with a number of leadership, health, HIV related organizations,
and organizational development at the community, regional and national
levels. Her skills include developing cultural sensitivity and awareness,
strengthening communication and management skills, conflict resolution,
curriculum development, organization and workforce development, strategic
planning, and focus groups.

Jim Lew
Jim has more than 20 years of experience in facilitating groups, training,
and consulting with organizations. His experience includes teaching with
Chicago public schools, social work, federal Office of Education employment,
and training and consulting with diverse organizations, including the
coal industry, corrections institutions, police departments, city governments,
Hollywood producers, and corporations such as Hyatt, GE, and Texas Instruments,.
His knowledge areas and skills include diversity awareness and cultural
competency, system and strategic planning, team-building, conflict transformation,
facilitated change, dealing with difficult organizational problems, and
a number of learning and psychotherapy models. His special relationships
include long relationship with members of the Lakota Tribe of Pine Ridge,
South Dakota.

Concha Montano
Concha is an experienced
group facilitator, trainer and consultant who has 20 years of experience
in the areas of public health, education, business and diversity. Her
experience includes in-depth knowledge of Hispanic culture, work with
Hispanic populations, and work with prevention systems, substance abuse
programs, health departments, school, university, and corporate clients
nationwide, including clients such as the U.S. Army. She is a member
of the Marine Reserves and a former Marine. In addition to group facilitation
and training, her skills include cross-cultural communication, network
and team-building, facilitated dialog, conflict resolution, program
design and curriculum development, evaluation, and training of trainers.
