A Framework to Develop and Sustain Culturally Competent Organizations:

More and more, diversity and organizational success are seen as linked. Differences can lead to crisis or opportunity-differences can be a source of conflict and blocked energy or be woven together in ways that create energy. Organizational culture can involve a sense of shared purpose and vision and of valuing differences, community, and positive outlook--the fabric of working relationships.

NCCH's FrameWork for Organizational Cultural Competence provides a step-by-step process to initiate or revitalize your organization's diversity efforts, transform diversity issues, and generate useful and measurable outcomes.
