Facilitated Group Process to Develop and Sustain
Organizational Success and Productivity:

"Organizations that Work for Everyone"

Organizational, group or community culture involves:

  • shared purpose and vision,
  • valuing individual contributions and group accomplishments, and
  • positive outlook-the fabric of working relationships.

Cultural healing reveals how a group or organization can repair, re-new, and continually "make whole" its "mental map,"

  • identify and support "best practices," and
  • reach planned results.

Organizations can continually align

  • understanding,
  • future goals, and
  • current planing

with experiences, beliefs, and other cultural influences to prevent or reduce risks of disruption--or to restore function in systems stressed by rapid change.

NCCH can help your organization to map out a plan to conduct a facilitated group process. NCCH provides step-by-step processes to:

  • collaborate with your organization to assess needs,
  • facilitate dialog or future search conferences to build understanding and shared vision, and/or
  • develop strategic plans to think, act and bring about meaningful and lasting change and to produce desired results.

NCCH facilitated group process services include:

  • No-cost Initial Consultation
  • Executive Overview of Facilitated Group Processes Tools
  • Dialog (to clarify viewpoints and develop shared understanding)
  • Future Search Conference (to view "the whole" in terms of past, present and future and to develop shared meaning and consensus about future goals)
  • Strategic Planning (to develop frameworks for action and desired results)
  • Change Management and Continual Learning
  • Training-of-Trainer Programs

Group facilitation can be presented alone or in combination and as:

  • brief workshops or
  • in-depth staff retreat and re-focus activities.

NCCH offers results - organizations that:

  • grow, learn, and apply knowledge and skills in dynamic and productive ways,
  • have fewer underdeveloped areas, because everyone is viewed as a resource,
  • are deeply committed to achieving goals, and
  • work well for everyone.

NCCH facilitators are prepared to work with public and private-sector organizations and groups or communities of all sizes and at all levels to develop and strengthen understanding, a sense of shared purpose, productivity and success.
