Current NCCH activities include working with diverse organizations, communities and projects at the organization, community, state, regional and national levels across the country. NCCH principles, together with associates conduct:

·        workforce diversity training workshops at the corporate and organizational level,

·        workforce diversity training initiatives with regional corporate business organization,

·        experiential technical learning labs among management information system workers with diverse tribal origins throughout Indian Country,

·        cultural competence assessment, presentations, and training workshops with community-based health care, human services, public safety, and educational organizations,

·        training-of-trainer and cultural ally development workshops at organizational and community levels,

·        cultural competence development workshops among health worker networks and associations at state and regional levels,

·        diversity leadership group development among members of the health sciences and research community at national level,

·        leadership development with youth development, senior volunteer, environmental leadership, service organizations, and more at local regional and national levels, and

·        coaching and technical assistance related to conflict management, team building , strategic planning and change management and more on a consulting basis.
